Description of Work: The computer network in our office was down. The tech came in, diagnosed the problem and repair the network system.

Member Comments: I had tried to contact several other companies through out the day. All said they would come out within an hour and when I called them back to find out where the tech was they told me that they did not have anyone available. I called The Computer Hospital at about 4:00 P.M. I gave them a brief description of the problem and they said they would find a tech and call me back. They called back about 10 minutes later and said the tech would call me. The tech called about 5 minutes later to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes. He actually arrived within 15 minutes. He was very courteous and when I showed him where the network equipment was he took over. Within 30 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and repaired. With the bad service that most companies offer now days this was a breath of fresh air. These guys know what they are doing and they do it with old fashion customer service. You could not go wrong with this company. I will call them again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I took my PC in to get repaired. I was having problems with using my internet and email service. I needed some software problems solved.

Member Comments: I am very happy with this service. They quoted me $200 and it was only $50. They fixed it very fast and it was no trouble for me to leave it to the professionals. I am not tech savvy at all so they were a big help to me.

Description of Work: We have 3 computers networked in the office and 2 stopped connecting to the Internet or to a remote printer. The main computer still functioned fully, so we assumed it was a hardware problem. However, try as we might, we couldn't find the problem. After calling several other computer repair people, including tech support at Dell and the people who originally installed the computers, and others, we called Computer Hospital. No one else wanted to bother with a small office, or had the "time" to service our problem. He had us fixed and up and running in about 10 minutes. On the phone! Great guy and much appreciated. He's our computer man from now on.

Description of Work: I was having a lot of trouble with viruses/spy-ware on my computer caused by
various downloads. It was freezing up, working very slow and not allowing me to
add programs.

Member Comments: The folks there were really knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem
was. They handled it in a day with no problem and installed virus protection. Cost
was $99 with a $35 dollar fee to back everything up (in case there was an issue
with the fix and my data was deleted). The only misunderstanding was I thought
I'd get a physical CD of the backup when I received my computer. The $35 was
really an insurance policy, so that they had my documents to replace, if needed.
This is an FYI, as I would have had them run the backup anyway. Very nice guys.

Description of Work: My CPU was working erratically with several different problems and symptoms. I took the CPU into them. They attended to me immediately. They warned me that they thought the hard drive might be gone and would have to be replaced. They told me that they would back up all my files for $35 and would run a diagnostic test. When I called them the next morning, they informed me that the problem was a malfunctioning file in the Windows XP operating system, which they had repaired, and that the computer was ready to be picked up.

Member Comments: I was very impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. It is great to be
able to take the computer into them, have them attend to it immediately and solve
the problem with minimal delay in getting the computer back up operating the very
next day.
